What's my Definition of coaching?
Coaching is a conversation that allows you to reflect deeply on your mindset and behaviours in order to unlock the resources you have within yourself.
You often come to coaching because you have a “problem”. Through coaching, you will soon reframe this into a challenge that allows you to grow and become a more fulfilled version of yourself.
Every conversation is completely confidential moment where you can explore without fear of judgement or repercussions,my coaching is always neutral and external to your situation.
What makes my coaching unique?
You will notice that I always wear my marinière (typical French fisherman shirt) on my website or during my sessions. The reason for this is simple: I am a constant to all my (very varied) clients. My neutrality and deep experience in active listening allow me to challenge mental and emotional beliefs profoundly. Because I am neutral and agnostic to any field, I can do this with founders, corporate executives, athletes, artists or private people alike.
On top of my experience, trainings and certifications gained in the past 10 years, I bring a vibrant energy to coaching. One that makes you feel that everything is possible if you commit to the process.
How can you know it's right for you?
Deep coaching is something most people have not experienced and can’t connect with until they lived it. Maybe a friend or colleague has told you to try it out and pointed you in this direction but you still don’t know if it is right for you.
For this reason my first session with you is always free, allowing you to experience the power of coaching and whether we are a fit.
How does this work concretely?
Most of my clients work with me for a period of 3 to 6 months during 50 minute sessions every two weeks. 95% of my coaching sessions are done through video coaching (Google Meet, Zoom).
Every coaching trajectory starts with a free 50 minutes session to explore your goal and get to know each other. You already come out of this session with tangible results and can decide whether it would make sense for you to continue.
You are free to choose when you want to stop the coaching and there is no minimum amount of sessions you have to book.
